?November 27, 2025 - report for the third quarter of 2025;

TheManagement Board of VIGO Photonics S.A. informs that it will not publisha quarterly report for the fourth quarter of 2025 and a quarterly reportfor the second quarter of 2025, in accordance with §79 section 2 of theRegulation of the Minister of Finance of March 29, 2018.
