Annualreports - Annual report for 2024 and Consolidated annual report for 2024- 25 March 20252. Consolidated quarterly reports:-Consolidated quarterly report for Q1 2025 - 14 May 2025-Consolidated quarterly report for Q3 2025 - 6 November 20253.Semi-annual reports - Report for H1 2025 and Consolidated report for H12025 - 20 August 2025In accordance with § 79 section 2 of theRegulation of the Minister of Finance of 29 March 2018 on current andperiodic information provided by issuers of securities and on conditionsunder which information required by legal regulations of a third countrymay be recognized as equivalent ("Regulation"), the Company will notpublish a consolidated quarterly report for Q4 2024 and Q2 2025.TheCompany further announces that in accordance with § 62 sections 1 and 3the aforementioned Regulation, consolidated quarterly and semiannualreports will include abridged versions of quarterly separate financialinformation and semiannual separate financial report. Accordingly, theCompany will not publish separate quarterly reports or a separatesemiannual report.Legal basis: § 80.1 of the of the Regulationof the Minister of Finance of 29 March 2018 on current and periodicinformation provided by issuers of securities and on conditions underwhich information required by legal regulations of a third country maybe recognized as equivalent.
