Report Content Dates of publication of periodic reports in 2025

The Management Board of Agora S.A. (_quot;Company_quot;) with its registeredoffice in Warsaw announces the publication dates of Agora Group'sconsolidated periodic reports in the financial year 2025:

I. Consolidated quarterly reports:- for the first quarter of2025 - May 23, 2025,- for the third quarter of 2025 - November19, 2025

Additionally, the Management Board announces that, pursuant to_#160;§ 62section 1 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance dated 29 March2018 on current and periodic information published by issuers ofsecurities and on conditions under which such information may berecognized as being equivalent to_#160;information required by theregulations of law of a_#160;state which is not a_#160;member state("Regulation"), the Company will not publish separate stand-alonequarterly reports. Therefore consolidated quarterly reports of the AgoraGroup will include condensed consolidated quarterly financial statement.

The Company will not publish a_#160;separate stand-alone interim report,pursuant to_#160;§ 62 section 3 of the Regulation, either. The consolidatedinterim report shall include condensed interim report with the reportand opinion of independent auditor and condensed additional information.

Moreover, the Management Board informs that the Company will not publishconsolidated quarterly report for the fourth quarter of 2024 and secondquarter of 2025 pursuant to_#160;§ 79 section 2 of the Regulation.

All periodic reports shall be published on Company's website atwww.agora.pl/en in the section Investor Relations/Reports.

Legal basis: § 80 section 1 of the Regulation of the Minister ofFinance dated 29 March 2018 on current and periodic informationpublished by issuers of securities and on conditions under which suchinformation may be recognized as being equivalent to_#160;informationrequired by the regulations of law of a_#160;state which is not a_#160;memberstate.
