("ORLEN", "Company") acquired an information from the District Court for Łódź, X Commercial Division, about the statement of claim filed by the Company's shareholder for annulment together with potential claim for repeal of the resolution no 5 adopted by the Extraordinary General Meeting of ORLEN on 2 December 2024 to seek compensation for losses incurred by the Company due to misconduct by the former members of the Management Board in their capacity as such.In the Company's opinion the statement of claim is groundless.
