The Management Board of XTPL S.A. [_quot;Issuer_quot;, _quot;Company_quot;, _quot;XTPL_quot;]announces that on 3 February 2025, the Company confirmed an order placedby the Department of Engineering [_quot;Department_quot;], University of Cambridgein the United Kingdom [_quot;Customer_quot;] for the delivery of a Delta PrintingSystem [_quot;DPS_quot;] device. The Company will deliver and install theindicated device in the first quarter of 2025.

The Department of Engineering, University of Cambridge is one of theworld's leading research institutions. The DPS device will be used forresearch and development projects in the field of sensors and othermicroelectronics applications.

The order was secured with the support of the UK distributor. Revenuesgenerated from the current device order will have a positive impact onXTPL S.A.'s financial results achieved in 2025.

The Issuer's Management Board considered the sale of the DPS device tobe confidential information, as its realization may have a significantimpact on the Issuer's future revenue situation, the popularization ofthe Company's technological solutions, as well as the prospect ofinvestors' perception of the Issuer. The order, which is the beginningof cooperation with such a prestigious client, not only strengthensXTPL's position in the market, but also opens up new opportunities forgrowth.

For the reasons described above, the information provided in thiscurrent report, in the opinion of the Issuer's Management Board, meetsthe criteria for confidential information within the meaning of Article7 (1) of MAR.
