Report Content Identification of indications to verify the recoverable amount of Polishand international assets of the KGHM Polska Miedź S.A. Group

The Management Board of KGHM Polska Miedź S.A. ("the Company") announcesthat as a result of reviewing the technical and economic parameters ofPolish and international assets of the KGHM Polska Miedź S.A. Group asat the end of the reporting period, i.e. on 31 December 2024,indications of the possibility of impairment, or indications that theimpairment loss recognised in prior periods may be reduced, wereidentified for the following:

1. Pol-Miedź Trans Sp. z o.o.,

2. PeBeKa S.A.,

3. Zagłębie Lubin Sp. z o.o.,

4. INVEST PV 59 Sp. z o.o.,

5. INVEST PV 7 Sp. z o.o.,

6. INVEST PV 58 Sp. z o.o.,

7. INVEST PV 40 Sp. z o.o.,

8. Future 1 Sp. z o.o.,

9. the Victoria Project,

As a result, pursuant to IAS 36, the Company is obliged to conduct testsfor impairment as at the end of the reporting period, i.e. 31 December2024, in order to estimate the recoverable amount with respect to theaforementioned assets.

The results of the verification of the amounts of these assets will bedisclosed by the Company in a separate regulatory filing.
