The Management Board of Alior Bank S.A. (the _quot;Bank_quot;) hereby informs thateffective February 12, 2025, Mr. Artur Chołody resigned for personalreasons from the position of a Member of the Bank's Supervisory Boarddelegated to temporarily perform the duties of the Vice-President of theManagement Board of the Bank and from the function of a Member of theBank's Supervisory Board.

The Management Board of the Bank would like to thank Mr. Artur Chołodyfor his contribution and commitment to work for the Bank.
