Report Content Admission and introduction to trading on the Main Market of the StockExchange of ordinary bearer series G shares of Benefit Systems S.A.TheManagement Board of Benefit Systems S.A. with its registered seat inWarsaw (_quot;Issuer_quot;, _quot;Company_quot;) in connection with the current reports No.64/2024 of 31 December 2024 and 4/2025 of 16 January 2025 announces thatit has become aware of the adoption by the Management Board of theWarsaw Stock Exchange (_quot;WSE_quot;) Resolution No. 149/2025 of 12 February2025 in which the Management Board of the WSE stated that pursuant to §19 sec.1 of the WSE Rules, 37 450 series G ordinary bearer shares of theIssuer with a nominal value of PLN 1 each (_quot;Shares_quot;), coded by theCentral Securities Depository of Poland (_quot;Depository_quot;) as PLBNFTS00133,are admitted to exchange trading on the parallel market.

At the same time, in the aforementioned resolution, the WSE ManagementBoard decided, pursuant to § 36, § 37 and § 38 sec. 1 and 3 of the WSERules, in connection with § 3a sec. 1, 2 and 3 of the WSE Rules, tointroduce as of 19 February 2025 Shares to trading on the parallelmarket, conditional on the assimilation of Shares by the Depository on19 February 2025 with the shares of the Company traded on the stockexchange, coded PLBNFTS00018.
