Tomasz Kulik

A graduate of the Faculty of Finance and Management at the Warsaw School of Economics. He holds an MBA from the University of Illinois and completed the Warsaw - Illinois Executive MBA program. A member of The Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) and graduate of the Advanced Management Program at Harvard Business School in Boston.

He has been involved in financial markets since the beginning of his professional career, where he held many positions in regulated institutions in the insurance, banking, and asset management sectors. He has been associated with the PZU Group since 2012, where he currently serves as the Group's Chief Financial Officer and a member of the Management Board supervising the areas of finance, data warehousing and information management, investments, capital management, and investor relations. In 2013-2016, he was the Financial Director, Member of the Management Board of TFI PZU SA responsible for finance, operations, and IT.

Previously, he was long-time associated with the Aviva Group (formerly Commercial Union), where he was responsible for areas related to financial controlling, risk management, and operations. He participated in and was responsible for projects related to the creation of the Aviva Direct brand and the development of the direct sales channel, as well as the establishment and development of the Aviva Services Excellence Centre, providing services related to modeling and actuarial analyses as well as financial reporting for Aviva Group companies.

Tomasz Kulik is also a member of the Supervisory Board as the Chairman of the Management Board of Towarzystwo Funduszy Inwestycyjnych PZU SA (TFI PZU SA).

Waldemar Maj

A graduate of the Faculty of Technical Physics and Applied Mathematics at the Warsaw University of Technology, he holds a PhD in physics from the Institute of Physics of the Polish Academy of Sciences and an MBA from Harvard University. He worked in banks in the USA, Switzerland, and Poland and in the strategic consulting company McKinsey in Warsaw. He was an advisor to the Minister of Finance. In 2003-2005 he was the President of the Management Board of DZ Bank Polska SA, in 2005- 2007 Vice-President of Bank BGŻ SA, in 2007-2008 Vice-President of the Management Board of PKN Orlen SA. Since 2009, he has his own business and sits on supervisory boards. Since January 31, 2025, he has been the Deputy Chairman of the Supervisory Board of PZU Życie SA.
