The Management Board of Alior Bank S.A. ("the Bank") hereby publishes,attached to this current report, the content of the resolutions adoptedby the Extraordinary General Meeting of the Bank convened for February26, 2025 ("General Meeting").

In addition, the Management Board announces that the General Meeting ofthe Bank did not exclude from examination any of the points of theproposed agenda. No opposition had been declared to the Protocol duringthe deliberations.

Legal basis: § 19 section 1 item 6 and 7 of the Regulation of theMinister of Finance of March 29, 2018, on current and periodicinformation published by issuers of securities and conditions forrecognizing as equivalent information required by the laws of anon-member state.
