Report Content ORLEN Management Board recommendation regarding dividend payment for 2024Regulatory announcement no 10/2025 dated 27 February 2025The Management Board of ORLEN S.A. ("Company") informs that it decided to recommend dividend payment for 2024 in 2025 in the amount of PLN 6 966 m, i.e. PLN 6,00 per one share.The Management Board recommendation will be included in the ORLEN annual financial statements for 2024 that will be published, together with the auditor's reports, on 15 April 2025.The Management Board will include today recommendation in the motion that will be submitted to ORLEN's Supervisory Board with a request for its opinion on allocation of the net profit for 2024 and next to the ORLEN's Ordinary General Meeting, which will make the final decision in this issue.
