Report Content The Management Board of Vivid Games S.A. (hereinafter: "Company","Issuer") informs that on March 19th the Management Board of the WarsawStock Exchange (the "WSE") adopted a resolution on the admission andintroduction to exchange trading on the WSE Main Market of 6,457,153(six million four hundred and fifty-seven thousand one hundred andfifty-three) series I ordinary bearer shares of the Company (the"Shares"), with a nominal value of PLN 0.10 each. The Shares will belisted on the stock exchange, subject to the assimilation of theseshares by the NDS on March 26, 2025 with the listed shares of thiscompany coded "PLVVDGM00014."
