Report Content Recommendation not to pay dividend for 2024
The Management Board of PGE Polska Grupa Energetyczna S.A. ("PGE", the"Company") discloses that on April 14, 2025 it has decided on therecommendation not to pay dividend for 2024.
In the opinion of the PGE's Management Board, taking into account thedevelopment prospects of the PGE Group, the Company has the potential topay the dividend in future.
However, further operation of Conventional Generation segment in thestructure of the PGE Group, particularly potential scale of payments forCO2 emission rights, translates into limited predictability of financialcash flows of the Group.
