ManagementBoard of VIGO Photonics S.A. with its registered office in OżarówMazowiecki (hereinafter referred to as "Issuer", "Company") withreference to the current report No. 2/2025 of January 24, 2025, informsthat the date of publication of the stand-alone and consolidated annualreport for 2024 has changed. The new date of publication of the annualreports for 2024 is April 30, 2025. Other dates of publication ofperiodic reports indicated in the schedule published in Current ReportNo. 2/2025 have not changed.
