Report Content Title:Information on selection of the Issuer's offer in theproceedings for the supply of a device for the manufacture of conductivemicro-tracks.

Contents of the Report:The Management Board of XTPL S.A. ["Company","Issuer"] announces that on April 29, 2025, the Company became aware ofthe selection by the Lukasiewicz Research Network - Institute ofMicroelectronics and Photonics ["Orderer", "IMIF"] of the offerpresented by the Company in the proceedings for the award of an openpublic procurement contract conducted by means of a tender [procedurenumber F2/39/2025/ZP].

The bid submitted by the Company was for the sale, delivery,commissioning, personnel training and maintenance care of a system forproducing conductive micro-tracks. As part of the bid, the Issuerproposed the Delta Printing System device it developed.

Revenues generated from the project will have a positive impact on XTPLS.A.'s financial results achieved in 2025.

The Company will announce the fact of signing the agreement with theOrderer by a separate current report.

The Issuer's Management Board considered the selection of the bid forthe DPS device to be confidential information, as its implementation mayhave an impact on the Issuer's future revenue situation, thepopularization of the Company's technological solutions, as well as theprospect of investors' perception of the Issuer.

For the reasons outlined above, the information disclosed in thiscurrent report, in the opinion of the Issuer's Management Board, meetsthe criteria of inside information as defined in Article 7(1) of MAR.
