Subject: Assessment of the Supervisory Board of Energa SA on the motionregarding distribution of the Company's net profit for 2024

Legal basis: Article 17 (1) of MAR - inside information

The Management Board of Energa SA ("Company") informs that on 7 May 2025the Company's Supervisory Board positively assessed the CompanyManagement Board's motion to the General Meeting of Energa SA ("GM") ontransferring the Company's net profit for 2024 in the amount of PLN306,117,805.86 to increase the supplementary capital.

The Management Board's motion along with the assessment of theSupervisory Board will be submitted to the GM, which will make the finaldecision on distribution of the Company's net profit for 2024.
