Report Content Determining the content of the consolidated wording of the articles ofassociation of Benefit Systems S.A.

The Management Board of Benefit Systems S.A. with its registered seat inWarsaw (the "Company", "Issuer") with reference to the report No.32/2025 of 6 May 2025 hereby discloses a consolidated wording of thearticles of association of the Company determined by the supervisoryboard of the Issuer (the "Articles of Association").

The new consolidated wording of the Articles of Association takes intoaccount the amendments made pursuant to Resolution No. 4/08.04.2025 ofthe extraordinary general meeting of the Company of 8 April 2025 andentered by the District Court for the capital city of Warsaw in Warsawin the register of entrepreneurs kept for the Company.

The new consolidated wording of the Articles of Association is attachedto this report.
