("the Bank") hereby states that on12 May 2025 it was informed that on 12 May 2025, the District Court forcapital city of Warsaw in Warsaw, XIII Commercial Division of theNational Court Register, entered into the National Court Register thechanges to the Bank's Statute adopted by the Annual General Meeting ofthe Bank held on 15 April 2025 in the Resolution no. 35 (ref. WAXIII.Ns-Rej. KRS 24885/25/696).The table showing the amended andnew provisions of the Bank's Statutes, as well as the consolidated textof the Bank's Statutes with the amendments approved, are attached tothis report.Legal basis:§5 item 1 of the FinanceMinister's Ordinance of 29 March 2018 on current and periodic reportspublished by the issuers of securities and the rules of equal treatmentof the information required by the laws of non-member states.
