Report Content Result of supplementary capacity market auction for the second half of2025

The Management of PGE Polska Grupa Energetyczna S.A. ("PGE") informsthat on May 15, 2025, in the supplementary capacity market auction forthe delivery period from July 1 to December 31, 2025, units from PGEGroup have been awarded capacity contracts with an aggregated capacityobligation of not less than 2 111 MW.

Supplementary auction clearing price has been set within the rangebetween 395.10 and 431.00 PLN/kW/year and on the basis of article 38par. 1 of the Capacity Market Act of December 8, 2017 the price will bedisclosed by PSE S.A. within 3 business days.

The above information was prepared on the basis of the announcement ofPSE S.A. informing about the close of the capacity market auction anddoes not constitute final results of the capacity auction.

Final results are to be published by the President of Energy RegulatoryOffice on its website (in the section Biuletyn Informacji Publicznej) onthe first business day following 21st day after the close of capacityauction. Until then all capacity obligation contracts are conditional.
