("ORLEN", "Company") informs that on 27 May 2025 the District Court for Łódź, X Commercial Division upheld the Company's shareholder statement of claim for annulment of the resolution no 5 adopted by the Extraordinary General Meeting of ORLEN on 2 December 2024 to seek compensation for losses incurred by the Company due to misconduct by the former members of the Management Board in their capacity as such.The verdict in the aforementioned case is not final.
