Decision to reduce the development teamdedicated to the production of project GeminiWithreference to the current report no. 14/2025 dated 1 June 2025 regardingsuspension of development works on project Gemini, the Management Boardof PCF Group S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw (the "Company")informs that it decided to reduce the development team dedicated to theproduction of project Gemini developed by the Company's group (the"Group") in Europe, in the work-for-hire model for Square Enix Limited(the "Publisher"), under a development and publishing agreement (the"Publishing Agreement").

The above decision is related to the Publisher's failure to present theCompany with a draft of the subsequent content rider to the PublishingAgreement and consequently the failure of the Company and the Publisherto conclude the subsequent content rider to the Publishing Agreementwhich led to significant uncertainty as to the possibility of continuingcooperation between the Group and the Publisher on the production ofproject Gemini and the suspension of development work on this project.For the above reasons, over 60 people will be subject to a redundancy.

If any new information about project Gemini emerges, it will bedisclosed by the Company in separate current reports, in accordance withapplicable law.
