RESULTS OF THE EXERCISE OF "SPONSOR WARRANT SPACE2 S.P.A."
Colleferro (Rome), 30 May 2025 – Avio S.p.A. ("Avio" or the "Company") announces that, following an exercise request received by Space Holding S.r.l. (the "Beneficiary") through Monte Titoli S.p.A. (the "Exercise Request"), aggregately n. 800,000 "Sponsor Warrant Space2 S.p.A." (the "Warrants") have been exercised by the Beneficiary.
As a result, in accordance with Articles 2.3, 3.1. and 3.4 of the regulation of the "Sponsor Warrant Space2 S.p.A." (the "Regulation"), aggregately n. 800,000 newly issued shares of Avio, having the same rights as the Company's currently outstanding ordinary shares, have been subscribed for, at a price of EUR 13.00 per share, in a ratio of n. 1 (one) share per Warrant held.
In light of the above, at the date hereof there are no further outstanding Warrants.
The provision, through Monte Titoli S.p.A., of the Company' shares subscribed for by the Beneficiary will occur on the first trading day of the calendar month following the month in which the Exercise Request has been submitted.

Further communications regarding the change in the share capital, as well as the updated By-laws, shall be made available to the public in accordance with the terms imposed by the law at Avio S.p.A. registered office in Via Bissolati, 76 Rome, on the Company's website (www.avio.com, Section "Investors" and "Corporate Governance"), and, at the authorized storage mechanism "eMarket STORAGE" ().
