Purchase of own shares

AVAX SA (the "Company") announces that on 29.05.2025 it purchased 9,000 own shares for a total amount of €19,112.51 at an average €2.124 price per share, as per the Share Buyback Programme approved by shareholders at the Annual General Meeting in June 2023.

Following that transaction, the Company holds a total of 191,500 own shares, which correspond to 0.13% of its total shares outstanding.
