New number of shares and votes in Tobii

The number of shares and votes in Tobii AB (publ) has increased as a result of new share issues of C-shares resolved by the Board of Directors on April 9, 2025, which was finally registered with the Swedish Companies Registration Office on May 27, 2025. The resolutions on April 9, 2025, ere made based on authorizations granted by the Extraordinary General Meeting on January 10, 2025.

Today, the last trading day of the month, there are in total 259,436,350 shares, of which 233,680,462 are ordinary shares and 25,755,888 are class C-shares, and there are in total 236,256,050.80 votes in the company. The total number of shares has increased with 22,863,558 C-shares and total number of votes has increased with 2,286,355.80 votes. The share capital has increased by approximately SEK 165,919.
