
Updated MTN prospectus – Catena increases framework amount to SEK 8 billion
In 2021, Catena established an MTN program (Medium Term Notes). Catena has now updated the prospectus for the MTN program.
Catena has updated the prospectus for issuance purposes in the Nordic capital market. The framwork amount in the program will increase from SEK 5 billion to SEK 8 billion at the same time which enables a continued flexible and effective funding of Catena's growth strategy.
The updated prospectus has been approved and registered by the Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority (SFSA/Finansinspektionen) today, 30 May 2025. The prospectus is available on Catena's website www.catena.se and on SFSA's website www.fi.se.
The prospectus is valid for 12 months from date of approval and is the basis for Catena's issuance of bonds under the MTN program.
Swedbank remains the arranger of the MTN program and is appointed as dealer together with Danske Bank, SEB, Nordea Bank and Handelsbanken. Born Advokater has acted as legal advisor to Catena in the process of updating the prospectus.
