Pursuant to the provisions of the Rules of the Ljubljana Stock Exchange and applicable legislation, Cinkarna Celje, d. d., Kidričeva ulica 26, Celje, hereby announces that Aleš Skok, President of the Management Board of Cinkarna Celje, d. d., sold:

- on 27 May 2025, 60 shares of the company with the ticker CICG, at a price of 35.60 EUR per share, with a total value of 2,136.00 EUR, 

- on 27 May 2025, 1,500 shares of the company with the ticker CICG, at a price of 35.50 EUR per share, with a total value of 53,250.00 EUR,

- on 28 May 2025, 121 shares of the company with the ticker CICG, at a price of 35.50 EUR per share, with a total value of 4,295.50 EUR,

- on 29 May 2025, 150 shares of the company with the ticker CICG, at a price of 35.00 EUR per share, with a total value of 5,250.00 EUR,

- on 29 May 2025, 130 shares of the company with the ticker CICG, at a price of 35.00 EUR per share, with a total value of 4,550.00 EUR.

The CICG shares were sold on the Ljubljana Stock Exchange. After the said transactions Aleš Skok holds 439 shares with the CICG ticker symbol.
