Amended Financial Calendar 2025

EVROFARMA S.A. announces amendment to the Financial Calendar of 2025, in accordance with article 4.1.1. of Athens Stock Exchange Regulation and the No. 25 Decision of the Stock Markets Steering Committee of Athens Stock Exchange, as following:

Annual General Meeting of Shareholders:

Tuesday 5 th August 2025

Ex - dividend date 2024: Tuesday 19th August 2025

Date of determination of dividend beneficiaries 2024 (Record Date): Wednesday 20th August 2025

Distribution of Dividend 2024 - Payment date:

Tuesday 26th August 2025

Publication of Semi-Annual Financial Report 2025:

Friday 26 th September 2025

Τhe above-mentioned dates regarding the determination of dividend beneficiaries and distribution are subject to approval by the General Meeting of the Shareholders.

The company retains the right to change the above-mentioned dates, after promptly informing the public investors with an amendment to this, in accordance of Athens Stock Exchange Regulation.

The Financial Results will be released following the closing of the market on the Athens Stock Exchange on the release day, at the company' s website (https://www.evrofarma.gr/) and at the website of the Athens Stock Exchange (https://www.athexgroup.gr/en).
