Trainline plc (the 'Company') announces that it has today published its FY2025 Annual Report and Financial Statements and the Notice of its 2025 Annual General Meeting (the '2025 Notice of Annual General Meeting') to be held at 8:30am BST on 26 June 2025 at 120 Holborn, London, EC1N 2TD (the 'AGM').
The FY2025 Annual Report and Financial Statements and 2025 Notice of Annual General Meeting can be viewed on the Company's website at: www.trainlinegroup.com/AGM
In accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.1R, copies of the following documents have been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at: https://data.fca.org.uk/#/nsm/nationalstoragemechanism
