FILING OF THE MINUTES OF THE SHAREHOLDERS' MEETING HELD ON 30 APRIL 2025

Rome, 29 May 2025 – Rai Way S.p.A. announces that the minutes of Ordinary Shareholders' Meeting held on 30 April 2025 are available for consultation by the public at its registered offices in Rome, viale Castrense 9, and published on its website www.raiway.it (Governance/Shareholders' Meetings/ Ordinary Meeting 2025/Documentation) as well as on the authorized warehouse mechanism ().
