Further to current reports no. 8919/11.10.2024 and no. 9300/24.10.2024, Infinity Capital Investments S.A. informs its shareholders and investors that, through Address no. 5261/28.05.2025, the Commission for the Examination of Foreign Direct Investments (CEISD) has authorized the acquisition by Infinity Capital Investments S.A., together with its subsidiary, Gravity Capital Investments S.A., of a qualified holding in the National Natural Disaster Insurance Pool (PAID) S.A., representing a cumulative 26% of PAID's shares.

The project for the acquisition of shares issued by PAID S.A. is currently in the process of being authorized by the Financial Supervisory Authority.
