Transfer of a significant amount of capital shares of JSC "SAF Tehnika"

On 7th January 2010 JSC "SAF Tehnika" received information that private person Gatis Poiss has alienated all of its 327 839 JSC "SAF Tehnika" capital shares. These shares, which amount to 11.04% of share capital of JSC "SAF Tehnika", were acquired by a limited liability company "Maleks S".
