On the European Commission inspection
The Joint Stock Company „Latvijas Gāze” informs that under the Resolution No.6848 of the European Commission (hereinafter – the EC), dated 20.09.2011, representatives of the EC are conducting inspections at the company together with inspections at numerous other companies in the European Union. Questions regarding the inspection can be addressed to the EC.
According to the public announcement of the EC, it is conducting inspections of market conditions at numerous European companies, and the performance of inspections does not indicate the companies’ guilt in violations.
