SAF Tehnika announces formation of North American Subsidiary in Denver, USA

**SAF Tehnika JSC (NASDAQ:SAF1R), a premier carrier-class licensed and unlicensed microwave radio manufacturer, is pleased to announce the formation of SAF North America LLC, a wholly-owned subsidiary in North America based in Denver.

**SAF North America LLC will focus on providing European quality customized microwave solutions for mobile backhaul, enterprise transport services and broadband networks meeting the challenge for cost-effective and wireless solutions within North America.
