Information on a significant event

On 24.09.2010 the Management Board of the JSC „Ditton pievadķēžu rūpnīca” informed about a long-term Cooperation Agreement with „Ditton Chain” Ltd., in which there are economic-commercial relations of two independent legal persons regulated.

According to the results of analysis of the cooperation of two legal entities in the first half of 2012, under this agreement the cumulative economic-commercial business turnover between them exceeds the criteria specified in the Article 59, part 3 of the Financial Instruments Market Law.

Due to the above the Management Board of the JSC „Ditton pievadķēžu rūpnīca” informs about the economic-commercial relations with „Ditton Chain” Ltd. as a significant event according to definitions of the Article 59 of the Financial Instruments Market Law.
