Changes in the Management Board

JSC „Ditton pievadķēžu rūpnīca” informs about changes in the Management Board:

Pursuant to the Commercial Law, Clause 306 Part 3, and Articles of the Company, Clause 6.4.2, Pjotrs Dorofejevs has submitted a notice to the Company about relinquishing the office of a Chairman of the Management Board due to transfer to the position of Production Director.

Due to the above, on 15.01.2014 the Council of the Company has elected Rolands Zarans as a member of the Management Board and appointed him as Chairman of the Management Board.

Rolands Zarans was born on 14 September 1969, obtained higher education.

From 2010 until election time he hold position of the member of the Management Board in SIA „Ditton Nams”, SIA „Kraujas parks”, SIA „Ditton Biznesa Parks”, SIA „Ditton Nams”, association „ Daugavpils inovācijas produktu mācību-eksperimentālais centrs”.

R.Zarans does not own shares of JSC „Ditton pievadķēžu rūpnīca”.
