Information about publishing SIA ExpressCredit financial reports for 2014, in accordance with AS NASDAQ OMX Riga rules On Listing and Trading of Financial Instruments in the Markets Regulated by the Exchange, is summarized below.

Non-audited interim condensed consolidated reports will be published as follows:

• 6-month report – from 25.08.2014 till 29.08.2014;
• 12-month report – from 23.02.2015 till 27.02.2015.
