Hereby UNIPER RUHRGAS INTERNATIONAL GMBH (formerly named E.ON RUHRGAS INTERNATIONAL GMBH) and MARGUERITE GAS I S.À.R.L. notify the Management Board of AS "Latvijas Gāze" that on 28 January 2016 UNIPER RUHRGAS INTERNATIONAL GMBH has transferred to the securities account of MARGUERITE GAS I S.A.R.L. 11,560,645 (eleven million five hundred sixty thousand six hundred forty five) bearer shares of AS "Latvijas Gāze" which constitute 28.974% of the total share capital of AS "Latvijas Gāze"
