Latvijas Gāze Reiterates Invitation To Apply For Shares

Latvijas Gāze invites its shareholders to apply for shares of the to-be-established JSC “Conexus Baltic Grid”. The new company will be set up by spinning off the transmission and storage operations from Latvijas Gāze.

Each shareholder is eligible for as many shares in the new company as they hold in Latvijas Gāze. Shares may be obtained free of charge, and shareholders may retain shares of both companies.

Shareholders who do not make a written application for shares or voice their position at the Extraordinary Meeting of Shareholders to be held in September will lose eligibility for the new company’s shares or compensation.

Shareholders who have decided to become shareholders of the new company may submit written applications for shares by September. The only requirement for applicants is to keep their shares of Latvijas Gāze at least by the end of the day of the Extraordinary Meeting of Shareholders to be held on September 2.

Applications for shares may be sent by post in a registered letter or by e-mail to info@akcionari.lg.lv with an electronically signed document, or submitted in person at the customer service centre in Riga.
