SIA ExpressCredit shareholder meeting decision on profits for the year 2015

SIA ExpressCredit shareholders meeting on 22/08/2016 decided to assign year 2015 profits of 672 thousand EUR as undistributed and profits in the amount of 700 thousand EUR distribute as dividends. SIA ExpressCredit year 2015 profits reached 1 372 thousand EUR. The payout of dividends will be made till 30/11/2016 taking into account bond issue prospectus ISIN LV0000801322 and LV0000801280.
