Initial list of Conexus Baltic Grid shareholders approved
We hereby inform that on the basis of the shareholders’ voting and written applications Latvijas Gāze has approved the initial list of shareholders of “Conexus Baltic Grid”, which will constitute the basis of allocation of shares upon the foundation of the company.
Applicants who wish to make sure that their application has been accepted and that they have been included in the list of shareholders of “Conexus Baltic Grid” are welcome to write to [email protected] or call the Contact Centre of Latvijas Gāze at 155 (international calls +371 67 041 818). Inquiries for a more detailed information (the number of shares, personal data etc.) should be signed with a secure electronic signature and sent to [email protected], or made in person at the Customer Service Centre, 20 Vagonu Street, Riga.
