The Management Board of the Company reports that the Annual report for the year 2016 was drawn up and approved by the Management Board and is submitted to the sworn auditor and auditing committee (Council) in compliance with terms and procedures provided by law. Pursuant to legal norms the Annual report has to be published within twenty-four hours of receipt of Sworn Auditor’s Report till 30 April 2017 (in 2017 – till 02 May). The Management Board informs that the Company has not received the Sworn Auditor’s Report yet and the Company will publish the Annual report approved by the Management Board immediately upon receipt of the Sworn Auditors Report.
