Notification of the Management Board

The Management Board of the Issuer reports to shareholders (investors) and actors of the financial instruments market that on 16 November 2017 the Issuer has closed transaction on acquisition of fixed assets (production facilities) in accordance with the Development plan 2015-2017 of the JSC Ditton pievadķēžu rūpnīca approved by the shareholders.

The value of the transaction accounts to 2.795.100,00 EUR. The transaction financing is secured by the Loan Agreement No.CI2010-2.3/1 dated 10.09.2010 conducted with JSC Citadele Banka.

The Issuer discloses this information pursuant to the Financial Instruments Market Law of the Republic of Latvia, Regulation (EU) No. 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council dated 16 April 2014 and Issuer`s Regulation on the inside information, on procedures for the management and public disclosure of the Inside information (incl. maintenance of the insider list), on insiders dealings with financial instruments.
