SIA ExpressCredit sell shares in subsidiary

As of December 14, 2017, the Enterprise Register of the Republic of Latvia registered sale of shares of SIA ExpressCredit subsidiary SIA EC finance. The share of SIA ExpressCredit in the subsidiary has decreased from 100% to 0%. There were no opartions taking place at SIA EC finance and shares were disposed of at a nominal share capital of EUR 3000.

SIA ExpressCredit is a licensed consumer lending company founded in 2009. The Group is represented by the brands "Banknote", "MoneyMetro" and "Riga City Pawnshop". The Group's core services are consumer loans, pawn broking loans and money transfers in partnership with Western Union. In total, the Group operates in 39 Latvian cities and populated areas, a total of 93 branches, employs 279 professionals and has paid 2.3 million euros in taxes for the year 2016. SIA ExpressCredit is a member of LAFPA and LTRK.
