ExpressCredit shareholders decision on extraordinary dividends

SIA ExpressCredit shareholders meeting on 21/03/2019 decided on extraordinary dividends in amount of 1 500 thousand EUR with respect to operational results for the 12 mounth of the year 2018. During 12 month of the year 2018 SIA ExpressCredit consolidated unaudited profit reached to 4,5 milion EUR. The payout of dividends will be made till 31/03/2019 taking into account bond issue prospectus ISIN LV0000801322 and LV0000802213.
