Re-election of Board member of JSC Latvijas Gāze

With the term of office of member of the current Board of the JSC “Latvijas Gāze” Sebastian Groeblinghoff expiring on August 31, 2019, he has been re-elected in this position for the next three years as proposed by the company’s shareholder Uniper Ruhrgas International GmbH. As per the Council resolution, Sebastian Groeblinghoff will also continue as Vice-Chairman of the Board.

The term of office of other Board members runs till August 15, 2021, with Aigars Kalvītis as Chairman of the Board, Denis Emelyanov as Vice-Chairman of the Board, and Elita Dreimane as Member of the Board.
