VOTING RESULTS OF NOTE HOLDERS’ CONSENT ON AMENDMENTS TO SIA “ExpressCredit” TERMS OF THE NOTES ISSUE (ISIN: LV0000802213)

SIA “ExpressCredit” hereby informs, that Note holders have granted their consent for amendments to the Terms of the Issue of SIA “ExpressCredit” dated 7 October 2016 (ISIN: LV0000802213), and the amendments to the Terms of the Issue have entered into force on the date of publication of this announcement.

Announcement of the voting results of the Note holders and approved amendments to the Terms of the Issue are attached hereto.
