VOTING RESULTS OF NOTE HOLDERS’ CONSENT ON AMENDMENTS TO SIA “ExpressCredit” NOTES PROSPECTUS (ISIN: LV0000801322)

SIA “ExpressCredit” hereby informs, that Note holders have granted their consent for amendments to the Notes Prospectus of SIA “ExpressCredit” dated 17 March 2014 (ISIN: LV0000801322), and the amendments to the Notes Prospectus have entered into force on the date of publication of this announcement.

Announcement of the voting results of the Note holders and approved amendments to the Notes Prospectus are attached hereto.
