COUNCIL MEMBER NOTICE ON RELINQUISHING THE OFFICE

JSC „Ditton pievadķēžu rūpnīca” informs that on the basis of Article 296 of the Commercial Law, the Member of the Council Vadims Kazačonoks has submitted a written notice to the Company on relinquishing his office from 02 December 2019.

By the decision of state notary of the Register of Enterprises of the Republic of Latvia No. 13-10/147204 from 10 December 2019 (received by the Company on 16 December 2019) a record on relinquishing office by the council member is made in the Company’s file.
