Notice to the investors and shareholders and participants of the Financial Instrument Market

The Management Board of the JSC Ditton pievadķēžu rūpnīca informs shareholders and investors, that due to the decrease of demand for Company’s products in the result of sharp decrease of sales of vehicles and stop of their production lines in the countries of European Union and Customs Union, as well as due to the decrease of economic activity in this segment of global economics for 20-40 per cent and more, caused by COVID-19 pandemic and wide global economic depression, production of all kinds of car chains shall be stopped starting from 5 May 2020.

The Company will announce additionally about terms and perspectives of production resumption.
