COUNCIL MEMBER NOTICE ON RELINQUISHING THE OFFICE

JSC Ditton pievadķēžu rūpnīca informs that basing on the Article 296 of the Commercial Law of the Republic of Latvia, the new elected Council Member Oļegs Čazovs has submitted a written notice to the Company on relinquishing his office from 25 June 2020 before the documents were submitted to the Register of Enterprises of the Republic of Latvia.

JSC Ditton pievadķēžu rūpnīca informs that the elected on 18.June 2020 Council performs its duties since the above mentioned date pursuant to the Article 284 Section 4 of the Commercial Law of the Republic of Latvia in the following composition: B.Matvejevs (chairman of the Council), G. Zavadskis, A. Sokolovs, O. Dzenis.
